          <inserted>The provision of universal keys to accessible toilets and changing stations to Companion Card holders began on 1 January 2025. In 2024-25, 2,645 Master Locksmiths Access Keys (MLAK) were provided free to Companion Card holders. The cost per key to government was $44 (excl GST), made up of $25 for the key and $19 postage and handling. </inserted>
