New Schedule, page 9, after line 26—Insert: Schedule 1—Review of operation of Act 1—Review of operation of Act (1)	The Minister must cause a review of the operation of the provisions of the Education and Children's Services Act 2019 enacted or amended by this Act to be conducted, and a report on the results of the review to be submitted to them. (2)	The review must be completed, and the report submitted to the Minister, before the third anniversary of the commencement of this clause. (3)	The Minister must cause a copy of the report on the review to be laid before both Houses of Parliament within 12 sitting days after the Minister receives the report. (4)	In this clause— Minister means the Minister to whom the administration of the Education and Children's Services Act 2019 has been committed.
