The SPEAKER: Before we move to the next one, I would like to welcome guests who are with us this week from the New South Wales Legislative Council and New South Wales Legislative Assembly, staff members from both houses in New South Wales. Great to have you here with us this week. You are not probably seeing our most productive half-hour of the week, when we are dealing with private members' time. You hear a lot of our bells which sound good for about 30 seconds and then after that they kind of wear out their welcome, but have a good time. I hope you have some good learning experiences, and you are in good hands there with our Clerk and Deputy Clerk in the gallery as well.
