It gives me an opportunity to add to the Premier's comments about what happened just a little while ago with the Optus outage. It is absolutely unacceptable. We want people to be able to call 000 and feel reassured they will get the help and the advice they need. As the Premier has stated, we have made every possible inquiry to determine what had happened at this point in time and what supports needed to be provided with that. We have made every engagement through communications with the federal government to ensure this is thoroughly investigated to make sure this does not happen again.</text>
