N.D. CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure, Minister for Planning): I have been advised: The Network Connections and Extension program involves standard and non-standard water, recycled water and wastewater connections where a main is in close proximity or the extension of reticulation mains to enable connection of those mains to properties. It primarily seeks to deliver services to a single beneficiary or a small group of defined beneficiaries. The Network Growth program supplies services to larger areas to maintain service levels when existing customers increase usage or there is increased infill, and to supply services through headworks infrastructure to new areas because of rezoning and/or land use changes.
