CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure, Minister for Planning): I have been advised that for the SA Water: The estimated total cost for engagement of consultants and contractors in 2025-26 is $126.9 million. As required by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet Circular PC013—Annual Reporting Requirements and the Public Sector Regulations 2010, external consultants engaged by SA Water, the nature of the work undertaken by the consultants and the total cost of the consultancies will be detailed in its annual report each year. As a major procurer of services in this state, SA Water adheres with the Premier and Cabinet Circular PC027, which relates to the public disclosures of contracts on the government's tenders and contracts website.
