          <inserted>Over the three-year period to 30 June 2025, Renewal SA has contracted 634 house and land, or land allotment sales across its trading projects (Playford Alive, Seaton and Prospect). A total of 355 contracts (56 per cent) have been contracted as affordable sales, of which 42 sales (6.6 per cent) have been sold at $600,000 or above utilising HomeStart's shared equity product. </inserted>

          <inserted>The base Affordability Indictor for Greater Adelaide for a dwelling or house and land purchase was gazetted on 13 March 2025 at $517,000 (excluding designated features).</inserted>
