          <inserted>The second paragraph of 'Explanation of significant movements' provided on page 17 of Budget Paper 4, Volume 1 explains the increase in expenses in the 2024-25 estimated result compared to the 2023-24 actual for this program.</inserted>

          <inserted>A component of this increase relates to the budget for Aboriginal monuments.</inserted>

          <inserted>There was no actual expenditure in 2023-24, however there is a budget allocation of $500,000 in 2024-25, hence the reference in this paragraph to a $0.5 million increase between those two financial years.</inserted>
