          <inserted>All fodder being imported from interstate requires plant health certification and all charities have demonstrated a high level of compliance with biosecurity requirements.</inserted>

          <inserted>The guidelines were further strengthened for round 2 requiring 'Where possible, feed tests or vendor declarations that provide information on the quality of fodder must be provided'.</inserted>

          <inserted>We continue to reinforce that all future fodder runs require vendor declarations.</inserted>
