PICTON (Kaurna—Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:01):</by>  Yes, there was a scathing report into the agreement that was signed by the Hon. Stephen Wade. That is obviously disappointing to read. It was two minutes to midnight before the last state election that that agreement was signed by my predecessor, the former Minister for Health and Wellbeing, the Hon. Stephen Wade.</text>
        <text id="202506262e77b5e0a21f47cea0000554">The Productivity Commission has been looking into that national partnership agreement as we commence the new negotiations for a new Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Agreement between the states and the federal government. Clearly, we will take on board the feedback from the Productivity Commission about how we can deliver a much better national partnership agreement than was signed by the previous Marshall Liberal government.</text>
