I have just answered this question in this house. I have just answered the question in this house about the law reform that he is referring to and the reason why it hasn't commenced. It's one thing to sit upstairs and draft the questions out at 10 minutes to two, but you have to come down here and listen to the answers. You have to listen to the answers. I have told you in some detail why it's yet to commence.</text>

He has just asked, 'Have they commenced yet?' I have already answered the question and he said, 'Why won't you just do it?' which seems to suggest that he has some knowledge of the matter. So which of the three positions put forward by the shadow minister does he expect to articulate? No wonder Alex is coming for you.</text>
