          <inserted>The Department of Treasury and Finance's increase of 74 FTEs in 2023-24 compared to 2022-23 is primarily due to additional resources associated with a range of strategic projects including:</inserted>

            <inserted>The Finance Reform Program, a significant across-government initiative to replace the existing Masterpiece financial management system with the contemporary Oracle platform;</inserted>

            <inserted>Transition of the whole of government banking arrangements from CBA to ANZ across 64 agencies;</inserted>

            <inserted>The payroll reform project; and</inserted>
          </item>

            <inserted>Establishing the team to administer the Digital Investment Fund, which partners with government agencies to drive targeted investment to lift digital capabilities across the public sector. </inserted>
