MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Premier) (14:39):</by>  The Leader of the Opposition has—I will avoid the temptation to say this in a disparaging or gratuitous way, but the Leader of the Opposition is a student of the law and he would understand even the most basic elements of the Corporations Act, which means that the obligations on making the assessment of being able to pay debts as and when they fall due strictly fall on the directors themselves, of which there are four or five at GFG. So that's their obligations. Our obligations are to the future of the steelworks in Whyalla more broadly, and that's what we have been considering all our judgements through the prism of.</text>
