          <inserted>TAFE SA implemented a new recruitment and onboarding system (PageUp) in September 2023 which impacted the compliance rate as mentioned above. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>TAFE SA has implemented a new process in October of 2024 whereby contracts are monitored 7, 5 and 3 days out from the contracted start date. This process combined with collaboration with education leadership, has seen a significant improvement in the compliance of contracts signed prior to employment commencement. </inserted>

          <inserted>The two business units that had higher noncompliance rates in 2023-24 were Future Industry and Trade and Health Community and Foundation Skills. </inserted>
