The SPEAKER: I would like to begin by acknowledging that we have some visitors with us here in parliament today, the family and friends of Alex Dighton. The reason they are here will become perfectly clear to everyone in just a few moments. We have friends from the other place, Legislative Councillors, who have joined us here as well.
