I have chatted with the Deputy Speaker and I uphold his ruling. I just wonder whether maybe we can just get on with the proceedings now, unless anyone wants to keep this going all night. Is everyone happy to go back into committee? Is it the will of the house to go back into committee? Yes, alright, we will go back into committee.</text>
