MULLIGHAN (Lee—Treasurer, Minister for Defence and Space Industries) (14:38):</by>  I repeat my answer from the previous question, and that is: small businesses, when they have issued an invoice that needs to be paid, should expect it to be paid, regardless of the circumstances. We reiterate that when small businesses issue invoices for goods or services that have been provided, of course they should be paid according to the terms of those invoices. </text>
        <text id="20241112186f5c6f83fc4c9590000404">I have seen those same media reports and it's always a concern for any member of the community but particularly for members on this side of the chamber when we see media reports of this not being done. I hope that they are able to pursue those matters and have those matters rectified. But again, it's pretty rich of those opposite to be accepting huge donations from Chinese investors who don't pay their workers properly and then come into this place and complain about the return of the Adelaide 500 while accepting free tickets to the same race.</text>
