MULLIGHAN (Lee—Treasurer, Minister for Defence and Space Industries) (14:36): I thank the member for Flinders for his question but, as the member for Flinders would remember from my previous answer during a previous question time, the provisions of the Mining Act prevent the government from disclosing individual arrangements for individual companies that are regulated under that act, so I am not able, or not in a position to disclose that information. I can confirm that we are continuing to work with GFG. We want them to come into compliance with their obligations, not just to the state government but more generally as well.
