          <inserted>The Department for Infrastructure and Transport negotiated a lease term for two (2) years, commencing 11 June 2024. </inserted>

          <inserted>This includes a 3 per cent increase to the applicable rental rate per square metre, from commencement of the lease extension on 11 June 2024. And a fixed rent review increase of 3 per cent from 11 June 2025.</inserted>
