I will correct this if what I am about to say is not 100 per cent accurate, but my understanding is that they were also subject to review under the term of the last government as well. They have been periodically reviewed but overall the purpose of the funds and the guidelines providing strictures around the use of those funds overall has not changed and that is for the future investment in the steelworks in order to improve their operations and their sustainability into the future, not for use to meet day-to-day operating expenses.
