MULLIGHAN (Lee—Treasurer, Minister for Defence and Space Industries) (15:00): No, that is not the intention. In fact, when the $50 million was first made available by the previous Labor government and, indeed, during the term of the previous Liberal government, there had been quite stringent guidelines in place for GFG to access those funds. It is not a pool of money that is available to fund the normal business operations or expenditures for GFG, in particular while they are going through these challenging global circumstances which are impacting their cash flow; it is instead money that is to be used for future investment to achieve those outcomes that I just highlighted to the house.
