          <inserted>Land and improvements non-current assets include land holdings, buildings, construction works in progress and right-of-use assets from leases.</inserted>

          <inserted>The increase in land and improvements from 2023-24 estimated result ($224.389 million) to 2024-25 budget ($400.990 million) is $177.601 million.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>Total investing expenditure in 2024-25 is budgeted to be $200.608 million as outlined in the investing expenditure summary. Of this, $183.581 million relates to the increase in land and improvements non-current assets balance in 2024-25. </inserted>
