These amendments just seek to incorporate sections 36, 38A, 39A and 39B from the Heritage Places Act into this bill. Most of those, or nearly all of those, relate to demolition by neglect. We do not think that will be an issue for the Cranker hotel, but as far as these amendments strengthen the bill we are happy to accept them.</text>
