N.D. CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure, Minister for Planning): I have been advised: The terms of the funding agreement for the Social Housing Accelerator Payment program require that all funding is committed by 30 June 2025 and that dwellings are completed by 30 June 2028. All funding provided to South Australia under this fund has been committed to projects that will be delivered either through the community housing sector or directly by the South Australian Housing Trust. Eight community housing projects are nominated to deliver 229 social housing outcomes. Of these projects, six have executed contracts with the Trust and are scheduled to commence construction in 2024 or early 2025. Payments to community housing providers are made when key planning or construction milestones are achieved. The Trust is delivering its five projects under the South Australian Housing Trust Project management framework, with these projects scheduled to be completed and tenanted during 2026 and 2027, well ahead of the program's deadlines.
