          <inserted>This allocation of $5.523 million to the Aspire X program is a bespoke program that represents just a small fraction of the funding provided to support people experiencing homelessness. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>We support a range of service providers, most substantively through the Toward Home Alliance, to deliver services for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Adelaide and the southern suburbs, and reinstated funding to service providers that was cut under the previous Liberal government.</inserted>

          <inserted>In 2024-25 the following funding, in addition to the Aspire X program, is allocated to specialist homelessness services to support the delivery of services to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the inner city and southern suburbs. </inserted>
