CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure, Minister for Planning): I have been advised: The requirement to satisfy the new National Construction Code (NCC) is already mandated within the urban design guidelines for Seaton. The urban design guidelines have been prepared in consultation with the City of Charles Sturt and contains additional recommendations for further sustainability measures. Urban design guidelines are being developed for the Noarlunga project and the City of Onkaparinga will be consulted in their development. The Noarlunga development also has a target of a five-star Greenstar Community's rating through the Green Building Council of Australia. Renewal SA will support and facilitate design and specifications for good energy performance across all dwellings while meeting affordability goals. All SA Housing Trust constructed dwellings will also meet the NCC standard once introduced.
