          <inserted>As part of the 2024-25 state budget, $38.7 million is being invested over four years for an additional 30 cameras across the state. The Department for Infrastructure and Transport together with the South Australia Police is undertaking a rigorous assessment process to identify priority locations.</inserted>

          <inserted>I have been advised priority locations are identified by considering matters including casualty crash statistics, other camera locations, driver behaviour, presence of vulnerable road users, existing alternative road safety treatments, intelligence from South Australia Police and community feedback. </inserted>

          <inserted>Following the assessment process, suitable locations for potential camera installations in metropolitan and regional areas will be considered.</inserted>
