Serving as Speaker since 2021 has been the greatest privilege of my life. I wish to acknowledge and thank the Premier and his ministers and the leader and his shadow ministers for their forbearance and good humour over that period. As well, I wish to thank and acknowledge the Clerk, the Deputy Clerk, the Serjeant-at-Arms, the whips and all house staff, as well as my personal staff.
