I pride myself on trying to get back to members of parliament as quickly as possible. I prioritise their letters and I know that my office has a protocol in place that when the shadow minister or any member of this house writes to me, I attempt to prioritise their letters quickly. So first and foremost, I am sorry that you haven't received a response. I will chase that up immediately. It seems like a very sensible suggestion. I don't know why you haven't received a response.</text>
