MICHAELS (Enfield—Minister for Small and Family Business, Minister for Consumer and Business Affairs, Minister for Arts) (14:43):</by>  There is, as I said, a public engagement process yet to be undertaken on some of those details, but, yes, it will be open. As for any institution that might undertake work, there might be periods of closure, but there are absolutely no plans at the moment for any of that. We still have public consultation to come. What we do have, as I said, are some incredible stories to tell, and I think we should tell them proudly, in the best possible way.</text>
