PICTON (Kaurna—Minister for Health and Wellbeing): I have been advised: In 2022 a procurement process was undertaken to purchase ICT security software. Three conflict of interest forms relating to the process could not be located. As these team members had left the organisation when this was identified, they could not be submitted retrospectively. No actual or perceived conflicts of interest were declared during the procurement process by anyone involved, as evidenced in the evaluation minutes. Staff working across procurement processes have been and are regularly reminded of relevant policies and requirements for records management.
