PICTON (Kaurna—Minister for Health and Wellbeing): I have been advised: The fact sheet was developed by CALHN to provide a brief, contextualised overview of the key policy and legislative requirements regarding criminal and relevant screening checks, promoting increased awareness and improved practices. Together with system and reporting improvements implemented in response to the Auditor-General's recommendations, CALHN is better placed to effectively monitor and manage compliance with these requirements. CALHN have advised the fact sheet has been recently reviewed and will be pleased to share this with other local health networks (LHNs) should they wish to consider utilising or adapting the fact sheet within their own LHN.
