Can the minister update the house on whether the government plans to reallocate that funding that had been previously assigned by the state to those transport projects and, if so, how? TARZIA:</by>  The federal infrastructure minister had recently announced that the commonwealth would not fund those five separate infrastructure projects in South Australia which had been allocated tens of millions of dollars of South Australian taxpayers' money.</text>

KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Minister for Energy and Mining) (14:12):</by>  I think what my young friend is asking us to do is to keep money for presentational purposes in the budget, waiting for the commonwealth government to put that money in place. But that's not how budgets work. So I think my young friend needs to do the 101 tutorial on how this will work, so I think it is a pretty strange question—and quite frankly it doesn't help the campaign, Vincent. But I think what we need to do is—what my young friend is asking me is, the commonwealth government has withdrawn the 80 per cent funding, we are arguing for its reinstatement and rather than just having a go at us, because we didn't withdraw the funding, we haven't withdrawn our funding for these projects, the commonwealth government did—</text>
