PICTON (Kaurna—Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:36):</by> I can update the house in relation to this matter. After the tragic death of Eddie, both the Premier and I spoke with SA Ambulance Service and asked that this matter be investigated thoroughly. That has obviously been underway for a number of weeks now and is involving both the acting executive director of clinical services but also the chief medical adviser for South Australian Ambulance Service. I also asked that the Chief Medical Officer of South Australia, Dr Mike Cusack, be involved as part of that review.</text>
<text id="202402060845cc31115944f4a0000606">They have been undertaking work over the previous few weeks in terms of looking at the case, looking at obviously what happened in terms of that day and that night, but also they have been speaking to Eddie's mother as is appropriate as part of that review as well. We don't have that review—that hasn't been received by government yet—but I think that the government has been clear of our intention to release the findings and recommendations of that review after we receive them.</text>
