KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Minister for Energy and Mining): The Department for Infrastructure and Transport advises the development of a strategic business case for the High Productivity Vehicle Network, is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. The final phase of this work will deliver specific project business case(s) that will inform potential future funding options, including partnership opportunities with the federal government. This work is scheduled to be completed by June 2024.
