In a new economy podcast published in August 2023, the minister commented, 'The early contracting engagement is all about making sure we can finalise those costs. The budget is set at $593 million, but if that changes, it changes.' ABS data suggests that since 2021 construction cost inflation is at 30 per cent.</text>
