          <inserted>No final decision has been made in relation to this project. The panel appointed to review Tarrkarri, constituted by Ken Wyatt AM, Bob Carr and Carolyn Hewson AO, handed down their final report in recent months. The government is closely considering the report and its recommendations. This work is being led by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, as it was under the former Liberal government.</inserted>
