MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Premier) (14:06):</by>  I am happy to get some advice for the Leader of the Opposition in regard to that question. In regard to Riverlea more broadly, as was identified in the Legislative Council yesterday through a ministerial statement provided by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, the discovery of the remains was first made on 27 April earlier this year.</text>
        <text id="2023101855a8f7e3ee2b4cf890000390">On 6 June this year, in accordance with the wishes of the Kaurna Yerta Aboriginal Corporation, I understand that a direction was subsequently given under the Aboriginal Heritage Act. Clearly, at some point between 27 April and 6 June, the government was formally advised of that discovery at Riverlea.</text>
