KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Minister for Energy and Mining) (14:56):</by> Yes, I did meet with Acciona, and I have met with WeBuild and I have met with a number of companies, and I have met with them on the basis that I wanted to make sure that I could see works that they were doing in other jurisdictions because they were potential bidders for the north-south corridor. I sought probity advice before I met with anyone who may be a potential bidder. I sought advice about what I could, should or shouldn't say. I followed that advice at all times. I had meetings with my chief executive, as I should, and I met with people who have built tunnels.</text>
<text id="20230926f091311dd90148c080000507">I also point out I will continue to meet with people who build tunnels. Why? We haven't built tunnels in South Australia before and I want to make sure we get this right. I don't want to see another one-way expressway. I want to make sure we get this right. So yes, I did—I met with Acciona and I met with WeBuild—and I will continue to meet with people who are involved in this, but I do so on the basis of probity advice always.</text>
