          <inserted>The key objectives of Work Ready Release Ready (WRRR) at its inception were to:</inserted>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>Support participants to build job skills pre-release through education, vocational training and employment readiness training.</inserted>
          </item>
        </text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">
            <inserted>Help participants to gain financial security, purpose and social connections as a result of returning to work and mitigate against the likelihood of breaches of community-based orders.</inserted>

            <inserted>Assist participants to find and maintain employment post release.</inserted>
          </item>

          <inserted>To February 2023, WRRR has recorded 787 individual participants having engaged in the employment phase. Four hundred and twenty-five of those have gained employment, which is 54 per cent of the participants who have engaged in the employment phase so far.</inserted>
