          <inserted>SAFECOM transitioned all staff back to the physical workplace from 7 March 2022. </inserted>

          <inserted>Following this, SAFECOM has implemented a process whereby all employees can apply for working from home arrangements on an ad hoc or regular basis, with applications to be considered by delegates according to the requirements contained in the Commissioners Determination 8. </inserted>

          <inserted>On-shift operational personnel were not afforded work from home arrangements due to the nature of their role.</inserted>

          <inserted>All other MFS staff transitioned back to the physical workplace from 7 March 2022. </inserted>

          <inserted>The MFS is committed to negotiating with personnel on an individual basis whereby all employees can apply for working from home arrangements on an ad hoc or regular basis, with applications to be considered by delegates according to the requirements contained in the Commissioners Determination 8. </inserted>

          <inserted>CFS:</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>As with all government agencies, the CFS requires assessment and approval for ongoing working from home (WFH) arrangements. </inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>The CFS has no staff approved for ongoing WFH arrangements. If any arrangements are to exist in the future, they will be regularly reviewed in accordance with the Commissioners Determination 8.</inserted>
        </text>

          <inserted>In the interests of staff wellbeing and balancing work/life arrangements the CFS supports staff in ad hoc arrangements to WFH, these single time arrangements are made within the relevant local business unit on a case-by-case basis considering operational demand.</inserted>

          <inserted>SES has all staff working from their office as per pre-COVID-19 arrangements. On a case-by-case basis a small number of staff work from home on an ad hoc basis. </inserted>
