          <inserted>1.&amp;#x9;As at 19 July 2023, there has been 11,794 HomeBuilder Grant (HBG) applications approved and paid. There are 1,092 applications awaiting the receipt of additional information from the applicant(s). RevenueSA accepted 14,082 HBG applications and as at 19 July 2023, 1,196 applications have been withdrawn or declined. No specific timeframes for the processing of applications were set for either the Commonwealth or the State.</inserted>

          <inserted>2.&amp;#x9;The First Home Owner Grant property value cap will be increased from $575,000 to $650,000 for eligible contracts entered into from 15 June 2023.  This measure allows more first home buyers to access the First Home Owner Grant and is estimated to benefit around an additional 350 first-home buyers per year. </inserted>
