(Estimates Committee A) The Hon. P.B. MALINAUSKAS House of Assembly Croydon Premier Executive Positions The Hon. P.B. MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Premier): I have been advised that for the Department of the Premier and Cabinet: Since 1 July 2022, there were 12 executive positions abolished. The following seven executive positions were vacant and no longer required: Role Title Classification Program Director, Government Services Portal SAES Level 1 Director, COVID Management SAES Level 1 Director, Policy Lab SAES Level 1 Director, Product Teams (Platforms) SAES Level 1 Director, Digital Engineering SAES Level 1 Director, Arts Infrastructure Projects SAES Level 1 Director, Projects and Procurement SAES Level 1 The following three executive positions were no longer required due to organisational change. Role Title Classification Chief Digital Officer SAES Level 2 Executive Director, Strategic Communications SAES Level 2 Director, Economic Strategy SAES Level 1 The following two positions transferred to the Attorney-General's Department as part of machinery of government changes. Role Title Classification Executive Director, Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation SAES Level 2 Director, Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation SAES Level 1 The total annual employment cost for these abolished positions is $2,923,329 (excluding on costs). The employment cost of the vacant SAES 1 roles was calculated at the mid-point of the SAES 1 remuneration range. Individual executive total remuneration package values as detailed in schedule 2 of an executive employee's contract will not be disclosed as it is deemed to be unreasonable disclosure of personal affairs.
