CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Trade and Investment, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Planning): I have been advised: The first stage of a new greenfield meat processing facility north of Murray Bridge has been constructed and is transitioning to production. Once fully operational the facility is expected to be the largest of its type in the Southern Hemisphere. I am advised: road infrastructure upgrades including an intersection at Mannum Road is complete. gas connection and supply from the Riverland pipeline is complete and commissioned. extension and connection of electricity infrastructure to the site, including substation upgrades is complete and commissioned. extension and connection of potable water to the site is complete and commissioned; and construction of wastewater infrastructure is complete. Infrastructure payments have been made direct to infrastructure providers. The last payment, to SA Water, is expected to occur in quarter one of 2023-24.
