S.E. CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, Minister for Defence and Space Industries, Minister for Climate, Environment and Water): I have been advised that for SA Water: The estimated total cost for engagement of consultants and contractors in 2023-24 is $76.6 million. As required by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet Circular PC013—Annual Reporting Requirements and the Public Sector Regulations 2010, external consultants engaged by SA Water, the nature of the work undertaken by the consultants and the total cost of the consultancies will be detailed in its annual report each year. As a major procurer of services in this state, SA Water adheres with Premier and Cabinet Circular PC027, which relates to the public disclosure of contracts on the Government's Tenders & Contracts website.
