CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, Minister for Defence and Space Industries, Minister for Climate, Environment and Water): I have been advised that for SA Water: Section 17 of the South Australian Water Corporation Act 1994 allows the corporation to appoint the employees it thinks necessary or desirable and on terms and conditions fixed by the corporation. SA Water uses its own industrial framework for employing staff and no positions at SA Water fall within the SA Executive Service.
