The ongoing installation of AVL is done on a BAU basis now. The project of AVL (automatic vehicle location, as it is less frequently known) was an absolute shambles when this government took over. It has been rolled out within budget. It has taken some significant oversight from our government, but we have done so, and I am very pleased to do that.
