MULLIGHAN:</by>  It had been made clear that the commonwealth was not contemplating reopening it, and that's why I took the view, which has now proved to be correct, that to advocate for only one group of applicants rather than all those people who have been impacted by exactly the same pressures on the building industry would be fundamentally inequitable. The person who has ended up at the end of all of this with egg on their face is the member for Colton because it was he who took the untenable view that only a certain segment of applicants deserved help rather than all the applicants who had been impacted by the same pressures of the building industry.</text>

Of course, that's all I have got to go on because, as I have reported, he refused to detail his concerns to me despite me, in successive weeks in this place, extending an invitation to him to contact me, my office and RevenueSA directly. He refused to do it. He is happy to run out to the media. He is happy to serve up constituents for media consumption—</text>
