I have given the instructions to the leaders of our health networks and our hospital management: (a) to make sure that they are buying additional pillows that they need; and (b) to make sure that those pillows are available to all patients who need them. I know that our doctors, nurses and allied health staff work their guts out to provide patient care and seek to make sure that we can provide the right care for all patients at all times. Of course, sometimes things do happen. We need to learn from those events and make sure that we can improve care for other patients in the future, and that is exactly what is happening.</text>
