On 5 January this year, the UN Committee against Torture listed a range of serious concerns with Saudi Arabia's human rights record, including the 'involuntary sterilization of women with psychosocial or intellectual disabilities', the legal status of 'violence against women, including rape, marital rape and forced marriage'.
